By purchasing or accessing the GTL Acquisition Engine, you are agreeing to the terms laid out on this page. These terms exist to protect both you and us, and they are written in plain language so there is no confusion about what you are signing up for. Please read them fully before making a purchase.
What You Are Buying
The GTL Acquisition Engine is a digital course and training program built specifically for freelancers and agency owners who want to land clients. The program is structured around the Generate, Target, Lock framework, which is a step-by-step system for building a pipeline of qualified leads and converting them into paying clients.
This is not a done-for-you service. We do not do the outreach for you. We do not manage your business on your behalf. We do not guarantee that following the program will result in a specific number of clients, a specific amount of revenue, or any particular business outcome. What we offer is training, structure, a proven system, and in the BIWM plan, direct mentorship. The rest is on you.
Two plans are available at the time of purchase:
Build It Yourself (BIY) is a one-time payment of 35,000 rupees. You get lifetime access to the full course library, all frameworks, templates, and any future updates made to the BIY content.
Build It With Me (BIWM) is a one-time payment that includes four months of live mentorship with Vaibhav Yadav, plus lifetime access to all BIY content. The mentorship window is four calendar months from the date your access is activated.
Access and Delivery
All content under the GTL Acquisition Engine is delivered digitally. There is no physical product of any kind. After your payment is confirmed via Razorpay, you will receive login credentials at the email address provided during checkout. This typically happens within a few hours of purchase.
For the BIY plan, your access begins immediately upon login and remains active for life. There is no expiry date on your content access.
For the BIWM plan, your mentorship access begins from the date your account is activated and runs for four calendar months. At the end of that period, your mentorship window closes, but your access to all BIY content remains active for life.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided a valid email address at checkout. If you do not receive your credentials within a few hours, check your spam and promotions folders first, then reach out to vaibhav@gtladder.com with your payment confirmation.
Account Sharing
Your login credentials are issued to one individual only. You may not share your login with anyone else, whether that is a colleague, friend, partner, or anyone else. Each person who wants access to the program must make their own purchase.
If we identify that an account is being shared, we reserve the right to terminate access immediately without issuing a refund. Unusual login behaviour suggesting account sharing may be flagged and reviewed.
No Redistribution or Piracy
All content inside the GTL Acquisition Engine is the intellectual property of Vaibhav Yadav. This includes but is not limited to video lessons, written frameworks, slide decks, templates, scripts, worksheets, and any bonus materials.
You are not permitted to copy, record, screenshot in bulk, re-upload, resell, gift, or distribute any part of this content in any format, on any platform, whether for free or for a fee. This applies to private sharing as much as it does to public distribution.
Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of your account with no refund. Depending on the nature and scale of the violation, legal action may also be pursued.
Intellectual Property
All course materials are exclusively owned by Vaibhav Yadav. By purchasing the program, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the material solely for your own professional development. This license does not give you any ownership over the content, and it does not give you the right to teach, replicate, or commercialise the GTL framework or any component of it under your own name or brand.
No Guaranteed Results
The GTL system has produced real results for real students. However, results vary based on how consistently someone executes the system, the state of their existing skills, the quality of their outreach, the niche they are targeting, and a wide range of other factors outside our control.
Any results shared by past students, whether in testimonials, case studies, or social media posts, are accurate representations of their individual experience and are not a promise that you will achieve the same. Nothing in this course, in our marketing, or in any communication from Vaibhav Yadav constitutes a guarantee of income or business outcomes of any kind.
You are solely responsible for your results.
Community and Code of Conduct
Certain plans may include access to a community space such as a Discord server, WhatsApp group, or similar platform. If you have access to any community as part of your purchase, you agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
The following behaviours will result in immediate removal from the community and may result in termination of your course access, with no refund issued:
Posting spam or promotional content without permission from the admin. Soliciting other members for services, partnerships, or business opportunities without permission. Harassing, insulting, or demeaning other members or the team in any form. Sharing any paid course content, links, or materials inside the community or with non-members. Deliberately spreading false information or creating a hostile environment for others.
We want this to be a space that people genuinely benefit from. Anyone who compromises that will be removed.
Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. For significant changes, we will notify registered users via email. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to your purchase or use of the GTL Acquisition Engine, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication by emailing vaibhav@gtladder.com.
If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
