The GTL Acquisition Engine is an entirely digital product. No physical goods of any kind are sold, packaged, or shipped as part of any plan. There are no boxes, no courier services, no delivery timelines, and no tracking numbers. This policy exists to clarify how your digital access is delivered and what options are available if you need to make changes to your purchase.


How Your Access Is Delivered

When your payment is confirmed via Razorpay, our system automatically triggers the creation of your account and sends your login credentials to the email address you provided at checkout. In most cases, this happens within a few minutes of payment confirmation.

If you do not receive your credentials within a few hours of purchase, please take the following steps before contacting us. First, check your spam folder and promotions tab, as automated emails from course platforms sometimes get filtered. Second, check that you entered the correct email address during checkout. Third, if neither of those resolves the issue, email vaibhav@gtladder.com with your name and your Razorpay payment confirmation and we will manually verify and restore your access as quickly as possible.


BIY Access

Students on the Build It Yourself plan receive lifetime access to all course content from the moment their account is activated. There is no expiry date. If the platform is updated, your access is updated with it.


BIWM Access

Students on the Build It With Me plan receive four calendar months of live mentorship access starting from the date their account is activated, along with lifetime access to all BIY content. When the four-month mentorship window closes, you retain lifetime access to the self-paced material but the mentorship component ends.


Exchange Policy

We do not have an automated exchange or upgrade system, but we understand that situations change and we are open to having a conversation if yours has.

If you purchased the BIY plan and decide you want to upgrade to BIWM, this may be possible by paying the difference in price between the two plans, subject to BIWM availability. Spots in the BIWM program are limited, and an upgrade is not guaranteed.

If you purchased BIWM and want to downgrade for any reason, this is not something we are able to accommodate as the mentorship component of BIWM begins immediately upon purchase.

Any exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date. Requests submitted after that window will not be considered. All exchange requests are evaluated individually and no outcome is guaranteed. To submit an exchange request, email vaibhav@gtladder.com with your name, purchase details, and the reason for your request.


Wrong Email or Account Access Issues

If you entered an incorrect email address at checkout and did not receive your login credentials, or if you are unable to access your account for any reason, email vaibhav@gtladder.com with your Razorpay payment confirmation and we will correct the issue and restore your access promptly.


Technical Issues with the Platform

If you experience any difficulty accessing or watching content, please contact us directly at vaibhav@gtladder.com rather than spending time trying to troubleshoot it on your own. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Technical difficulties on the platform side will never be used as grounds to deny you access to content you have paid for.
