We have designed the GTL Acquisition Engine to produce real, measurable results. Our refund policy reflects that confidence. It is not a blanket no-refund policy, and it is not a generic 7-day money-back window either. It is a performance-based guarantee tied directly to whether the system works for you.

Build It Yourself (BIY) : 35,000 Rupees One-Time
The BIY plan does not come with a refund guarantee.
This is a self-paced program. You receive lifetime access to all course materials the moment your payment is confirmed, which means the full value of what you have paid for is available to you immediately. There is no mentorship component, no accountability structure, and no fixed timeline in which you are expected to complete the system.
Because the pace, consistency, and effort of execution are entirely within your control on this plan, we are not in a position to evaluate whether the system was genuinely executed or not. For that reason, we do not offer a performance guarantee on BIY.

The BIWM plan comes with a full 100% refund guarantee.
Here is what that means: If you complete the four-month BIWM mentorship period, actively execute the GTL outreach system during that time, and do not land a single paying client by the end of the four months, you are entitled to a complete refund of what you paid. Every rupee. If you genuinely execute the system throughout the mentorship period and still do not land a client, we will honour the guarantee in full
We offer this guarantee because the BIWM plan comes with direct mentorship, accountability, live feedback, and real-time support. If someone puts in genuine effort with all of that support and still gets no result, we believe that is on us, not them, and we stand behind that belief financially.
Conditions for the BIWM Refund
To be eligible for the refund, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
You must have completed the full four-month mentorship period. You must have actively executed the GTL outreach system during the program, not just consumed the content. Evidence of execution, such as outreach records or pipeline activity, may be requested as part of the review. You must not have landed a single paying client during the four months. You must submit your refund request within seven days of your four-month period ending. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered regardless of circumstances.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to vaibhav@gtladder.com with the subject line: BIWM Refund Request
In the email, include your full name, the email address used at purchase, your Razorpay transaction or order ID, and a brief honest summary of what you executed during the four months.
We will review your request and respond within five business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed through Razorpay back to your original payment method. Refunds typically take between seven and ten business days to appear in your account after approval, depending on your bank.
Cancellations
Because all GTL Acquisition Engine products are digital and access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation, we do not accept cancellation requests after a purchase is completed.
If you have not yet logged into the platform and you made your purchase within the last 24 hours, you may reach out to vaibhav@gtladder.com and we will review the situation. We handle these on a case by case basis and cannot guarantee a cancellation will be processed, but we are willing to have the conversation.
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds under any plan or under any circumstance. Refunds under the BIWM guarantee are always for the full amount paid.
