Pre-purchase questions: If you are trying to decide between BIY and BIWM, want to understand what the program covers, or have any question before committing to a purchase, email us and we will give you a straight answer.
Access and login issues: If you have not received your credentials, cannot log in, or are locked out of your account for any reason, email us with your payment confirmation and we will restore your access.
